Villa Raya offers a four-bedroom option for up to eight guests and a five-bedroom option for up to ten guests. The full five-bedroom listing has six beds and 5.5 bathrooms. Choose your option on the booking page and confirm the room arrangement before reserving.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
The main villa has four bedrooms, each with a king bed. The separate Surf Shack has one queen bed and one sofa bed. The property has six beds in total and accommodates a maximum of ten guests.
How far is the beach?
The Airbnb listing describes the villa as a mountaintop retreat approximately a five-minute drive from Santa Teresa’s beaches, dining and surf. It is not a beachfront villa.
How do I get to the villa?
Ask your host to confirm the best route, current road conditions and whether your chosen vehicle is suitable for the hillside access. Exact directions are shared through your booking. Free on-site parking is available.
How do I book and see the price?
Send a direct inquiry from the booking page to Suren and Alina for availability and a quote, or select the four- or five-bedroom Airbnb listing. An inquiry does not confirm a reservation. Airbnb bookings show the final price and terms on Airbnb; this website does not process payments.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on your reservation. For a direct stay, confirm the terms with Suren and Alina before booking. For Airbnb, read the policy shown for your selected listing and dates.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. The listing says your host greets you. Confirm arrival arrangements and checkout time with your host.
Can I bring a pet?
The current Airbnb house rules state that pets are not allowed.
Are breakfast and cleaning included?
Breakfast is listed as provided, and cleaning is available during the stay. Ask your host about the breakfast arrangements, cleaning schedule and any service charges before booking.
