Your privacy,
simply.
How this website handles your visit.
Browsing this website
This website does not require an account or use advertising cookies. We count page views and actions such as booking links, Airbnb visits and successful inquiry submissions. These are daily totals by page, language and action, retained for 90 calendar days. For arrivals, we also count the referring website’s hostname and, when present, the campaign labels utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign. We do not retain full referring URLs, other query parameters, advertising click IDs or IP addresses in these counts. No visitor identifier is assigned, and form contents are not included in analytics. The counts do not identify unique visitors. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Use the control below to disable counts; that preference is saved in this browser. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
Booking details
Your selected dates and guest count are carried in the page address when you move from the homepage to booking. They are sent to Airbnb only when you continue to a listing. That action sends your selected dates and guest count to the chosen listing. This website does not take payments or confirm reservations.
Direct booking inquiries
When you send a direct inquiry, your name, email address, optional phone number, dates, villa option, guest count and message are saved securely on our server and sent through FormSubmit to suren@avunjian.com, with alina@avunjian.com copied. The hosts use these details to respond and arrange your stay. Your request is saved first in a protected owner inbox, together with any follow-up notes. Inbox records are automatically removed 180 days after the requested checkout date, or earlier when the hosts delete them. A confirmation page means your inquiry was received; it does not confirm a reservation or email delivery. FormSubmit processes delivery and states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Your hosts may retain the resulting email correspondence to handle your inquiry or booking. Do not include payment-card details or identification documents.
Contact the hosts if you have a question about your inquiry details or want to request their deletion.
Saved places and maps
Your local-guide favorites are saved only in this browser on this device. You can clear them in the guide. The map loads only when you request it. Loading the map sends requests to OpenStreetMap, which receives technical information including your IP address to deliver map tiles; see its privacy policy.
External services
Airbnb reservations and messages sent through Airbnb are governed by its privacy policy and terms. Any sign-in or access controls supplied by this website’s hosting platform are governed by that provider’s policies.
